Sweater Pillow Set Off White Textured Knit

This set of textured knit "Sweater Pillow" Covers, made from an up cycled off white cotton and ramie sweater is just the finishing touch for your cottage chic decor!

This set of 2 pillow covers will fit one 16-inch insert and one 12-inch insert. Please note the actual covers measure a little less than the inserts recommended. The covers are cut to the insert's measurement, but lose a bit of their dimension when sewn. This creates a plumper pillow. I recommend the use of feather insets for a softer pillow.

The back closure is with a fold-over flap to enable easy insertion and removal of your pillow forms. The backings are sewn with a 100% coordinating cotton twill, which you can see in Picture 5.

All inside edges have been sewn with an overlock stitch for strength and to prevent raveling.

Both covers are identical except in size and are an all over textured stitch pattern. These covers are off white with a blush hue.

These covers are not just for decoration but are meant to be used. I have machine washed and dried the original sweater and the fabric used for the backing. You can do the same as needed. I recommend using a cold water wash and gentle cycle.

Please note these covers were made from an up cycled sweater, not a new one, but are in excellent condition.
