Sweater Pillow Set Off White Acrylic

What a sweet set of pillow covers, made from a soft white up cycled acrylic sweater.

This set of covers will fit one 16-inch and one 14-inch pillow inserts. I recommend using feather inserts for a softer pillow and easier insertion into this style cover. Please note these covers actually measure a bit smaller than the insert recommended. They are cut to the insert size, but when sewn lose a small portion of their dimension. This insures a plumper pillow.

Closure is with a "fold-over" panel in the back. They are backed with a coordinating cotton fabric, which you can see in the picture of the stacked pillows.

The cable panels of both covers are the same except the larger cover has a couple of extra cables and ribbing from the sweater along one side.  The cables are varied and intricate.

Please note these covers are made from an up cycled sweater, not a new one.

These pillow covers are not just for decor, but made to be used. I have machine washed and dried the sweater and the fabric used to back the covers. You can do the same, as needed using cold water and a gentle cycle. All inside edges have been serged with an overlapping stitch for strength.
