This slouchy styled stocking hat is hand knitted in a combination of shades of purples with touches of olive, rose and periwinkle. I have also added a touch of metallic and faux fur for fun.
This yarn is ButtermilkCottage's own boutique yarn, FUSION. It is a combination of up to a dozen or more different yarns, creating a unique color and texture when knitted.
Fibers used include wool, mohair, cotton rayon and metallic.
The hat's crown is detailed with a star design, knitted in a solid purple yarn of wool and mohair and matches the rolled brim opening.
Size is Medium Women's with plenty of "give."
Hand wash.
